Jurisdiction & Governing Law: These Terms of Service are governed by Swiss law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the cantonal courts of Zug, Switzerland.

1. Product Description & Ordering

Products are described on our website in good faith. All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include Swiss VAT where applicable. Orders are accepted subject to product availability. Delivery is limited to Switzerland.

2. Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if an item (up to CHF 10.00 per item) is damaged or defective, customers may request a refund by:

Submitting proof of damage or defect via our contact form
Providing photographs or evidence of the defect
Contacting us within 2 days of delivery

Approval is at our sole discretion. Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 10–14 business days.

3. Limitation of Liability

Our sole liability is limited to the correct execution and shipping of your order. We are not liable for:

Damage or loss claims arising from product use
Allergic reactions or intolerances (customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredients)
Environmental conditions during transit or storage after delivery
Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

4. Payment & Billing

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize the charge to your payment method.

5. Shipping

We ship via Swiss postal services. Delivery times are estimates only. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
